Bringing AI into Professional Workflows
The technology behind the HearU app
Building a professional, explainable, and secure AI architecture.
HearU is built around professional domains and real workflows, so that large language models can understand specific contexts and produce results that meet professional needs. It also introduces explainable AI and tiered data authorization, making AI's processing traceable and its results verifiable, and drawing clear permission boundaries between data-use efficiency and privacy.

HearU Core TechnologyDomain- and Workflow-Adaptive LLM
DOMAIN & WORKFLOW-ADAPTIVE LLM
HearU adapts large language models to specific professional domains, building an understanding of professional terminology, context, and domain knowledge, and integrating model capability into existing professional workflows.
Constrained jointly by domain knowledge, task context, and workflow rules, the LLM can understand information, carry out tasks, and produce outputs that fit workflow requirements in a specific professional setting, lowering the risk of general-purpose language models drifting away from professional context.
Expert-Oriented Explainable AI
EXPERT-ORIENTED EXPLAINABLE AI
HearU's explainability design mainly serves system developers, administrators, and domain professionals, giving AI's processing and outputs a traceable, inspectable, and verifiable foundation.
By retaining key context, processing rationale, and system behavior information, it helps professionals understand how the model arrived at a result, and serves as the basis for system oversight, quality management, and continuous improvement.

Secure Tiered Authorization and Data Access
ROLE-BASED DATA AUTHORIZATION & CONTROLLED ACCESS
HearU builds tiered authorization and data access around data ownership and role permissions. Users retain control of their own data by default, and partner organizations can access only a defined scope of data, according to their role and business needs, after obtaining the corresponding authorization.
Different roles don't necessarily receive the same data. Depending on authorization level and purpose of use, the system can provide raw data, administratively summarized information, or masked and de-identified data, drawing a clear boundary between data usability and privacy protection.
HearU App
A human-centered, AI-powered self-reflection app. Starting from each conversation, it helps users sort through their emotions and thoughts in the moment, and lets what they share at different times gradually connect, revealing their own feelings, experiences, and emotional patterns.
